I am so disgusted with the sears repair service. I have never had so much trouble in my life. I bought a fridge in 2006 and paid $2800. By 2009, it began to break down. They came out several times and each time were unable to fix it. This occurred over a two month period. Mind you, I was unable to use my fridge over that time. Finally, after having to harass the repair man, I was able to have a senior technician come out the following day. And would you believe that it took him minutes to fix the problem.
