Dear Sir I am vidya I made a booking for a cyldener on ebharatgas.com and the ref. no. is 24279 on 04/06/10. Since then same has not been delivered. The agency people are giving false information that the person has left for delivery, or will be reaching by evening. The website is hopeless...
