Unbelievable-I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to paying in full or placing an order! I found them online and ordered a custom set of bunkbeds in April, 2010. After paying, $770 in full, I now can not get a return call or email regarding completion and delivery of my product! I am 9months pregnant and waiting on these beds to move my two daughters in together and arrange the babies room-I do not need this right now and just want a satisfactory product.
