I ordered two true copies of my birth certificate as is recorded in the New York city Department of Health. Vitalchek sent me two certifications of birth. These are two entirely different documents. This is not how it is presented on the web site to make the order. I have a damaged true photo copy of my birth certificate from 1970. After calling vitalchek [Pinky] was very nice but not helpful enough. Her instructions were for me to call New York city Department of health to get a copy of birth certificate.
