I placed an order for my 2 sons, and it took at least 4 days to ship. Upon arrival, all items of our order were not in the box but 1 airsoft gun. I called the phone number listed and repeatedly got a voicemail saying either they were closed or that they were assisting other customers. I left 2 messages, and no one called me back. I tried to get assistance online but when entering what the problem with our order was, I received a reply telling me to call their number.
