I had Culligan water softener installed in my home and registered a privilege membership with them which they said will provide salt montly and service including cleaning/repairing. I have been charged $32 montly but they schedule to deliver salt every 3 months. Each month, I have to go out to check for salt level and always have to call them to have salt delivered.
