Don't ever go with Fred Loya insurance. We were charged twice in two weeks for our first month of insurance. This wasn't too bad except that we were never told it would happen. So when we decide that we'd rather just cancel our policy after having to deal with the atrocious customer help it turns out they won't even be mailing the check for our prorated payments until 30 days from the day we canceled. They took out 330 dollars, then 2 weeks later another 330 dollars for our 3 vehicles. We canceled our policy... read full review »
