I did not authorize this harge. I did go on site to Frostfire.com and get a monthly membership which stated it cost $1.69 each month. Imagine my surprise when i went to pay a bill, and found no money in my account. I will be filing a complaint with the credit card co. but an not seem to reach a person at the customer service department at Helpmedownload.
