Yesterday, I found all my business and personal bank accounts levied to zero by Chase Bank. I have never been able to negotiate any plan with this bank and have been harrassed by phone, 'their taking everything I own'. I was never served notice of any kind. This is $16k of which half is interest. I face the same fate as many Americans and lost work and business. I hope that this will warn anyone with credit cards with Chase Bank that without proper legal action and serving notice, Chase Bank will clean all of your bank accounts.
