I just moved to another apartment in the same complex. So for the older apartment NWP has charged a GAS bill of $278. This bill is for 20 days of March and April and May, 2010. April and May are the hottest months so far in Pittsburgh but they bluntly charged for these months aswell. These guys should be sent to prison. Harassing the residents. read full review »
