I have never been so dissappointed in a hair salon in all my life. I went in and inquired about the cost to color my hair. They told me $69.99 to start. REALLY, I thought this was supposed to be discounted, that is more expensive than my regular salon. I thought I would at least try out the hair cut. With signs all over the salon touting the free scalp massage and shampoo with every cut, I thought that might be worth the trip. Well all I got was spritzed on.
