I simply tried to get some information on Complex Plastics products, and the customer service I received was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was forced to email my inquiry after being lead in circles and to dead ends on their mess of a website. My email inquiry was met with 0% useful information and 100% rudeness. (A Mr. Robert H. Whyte complained that he didn't have time to get that much information to me about their products.)
