I have the same complaint as everyone else. I was cautious..I only put $100 on the card to see if I liked it.. the next day my power was out do to a storm. I took my family to a local hotel for the night..account now will not release the $80 hold on my card--it is CRAZY!!! The Holiday Inn Customer Rep thinks that I am insane.. read full review »
