I called the company to cancel my subscription on the 9th day of the 10 day trial period and was advised I will receive an e-mail to comlpete my part of the cancellation process; however, I NEVER received the e-mail (e-mail modification). I called back like I was instructed and was given the runaround. I finally spoke with a manager on the 27th of May (Brandon Lopez) and was advised he undrstood the situation and I never should have been charged the $87.47 and I should receive a refund for the full amount within 10-15 days.
