I have the same complaint as everyone else so far. I called i 1 800-649-9163 to order one item and had to listen to and order several other items before it moved on. I was not sure what I had agreed to by the time the phone call ended as I felt sure I would be able to speak with a human at the end of the call...but that never happened. In fact, I was never given the opportunity to confirm my order, talk to anyone about my order or even receive a confirmation number.
