I gave information over the phone for a loan payment to a Wells Fargo CSR. Before hanging up, the person repeated the amount of the payment to be made and gave a confirmation number. I discovered three days later that the amount of withdrawal from my banking account was $300.00 more than authorized. I contacted WellsFargo and was told nothing could be done. I know this is not so because I work as a CSR for another busines-we correct misapplied money and refund overpayment back to accounts. This is the same as stealing and this company should be held accountable. read full review »
