I purchased a new Entry door and Storm door manufactured by Pella. The screen on the storm door does not work properly. I flicked a bee off the screen one morning and the screen ripped. So I ordered and paid for a new screen to be installed in my new storm door ($52.00). After my new screen is replaced in my new door, I contact Pella and ask them to reimburse me for the replacement screen as I have learned that the "original" screen was installed backwards at the factory.
