Today we were calling in to make a payment over the phone on our vehicle. We are self employed and had the bad fortune of a 5500 dollar check from a client bouncing on us. This made us 2 months current due. We were trying to give them $1100.00 for payment. The lady who answered in collections would not take our payment! She proceeded to say we havent been paying on the vehicle. I proceeded to ask her what our origional loan was for answer 65, 000. Our current we owe is 27K. The vehicle is almost 3 years old.
