First they try to rip you off to collect technical support fee but they avoid to tell you the simplest thing if you reset your router your password will reset itself. Second, they they brake your router when they troubleshoot it and then they try to sell you a refurbished router which only cost $29 for $179. Third they don't cancel your order even though they say they have canceled it. They promise you to send free return shipping label and they don't send it.
