I signed up for BlueMountain.com's 15-day free trial membership. After 5 days, I decided to cancel. I followed the cancellation link provided by BlueMountain, provided the necessary information, and cancelled the account. After 15 days, I was charged the annual membership fee of $15.99. The company does not provide helpful customer service and claims that "membership fees are nonrefundable" regardless of cancellation status. This company will rip you off. Do not sign up for anything unless you plan on paying the annual fee because they will not allow you to cancel and will not reimburse you. read full review »
