I had purchased a home warranty in Dec from this company. Some work was done in February to our satisfaction. We placed another order for warranty service on 4/1. Despite 24 turn around guarantee it took numerous callbacks to finally get service scheduled on 4/16. Upset with the service I cancelled the contract on 5/3/10. I cancelled because they failed in their contract section C #2 with aguarantee of a 24 turn around and mine was 2 WEEKS (with me being proactive!).
