Horrible experience with Air China !! My flight was late leaving from JFK had a connecting flight from same airline in china going to Bangkok. Was told at jfk that the plane would make up time and if not I would be put on a plane by a different airline. That was not the case I ended up at the hotel that night the connecting flight was through air china so they knew that the plane was late and other passengers were transferring but I guess they did not care. I also booked a separate flight from Bangkok to phuket so I ended missing that flight... read full review »
