How does a company like this stay in business? Their customer service is in the Phillipines and they don't answer their Atlanta phone. I made a payment and my check was cashed but yet nine days later they tell me it hasn't been posted to my account - and no one can help me. It's pathetic because I have no choice but to stay with them because my complex has a "contract" with them. That was ignorant on their part but I do have the ability to report them to the FCC which I will be doing after I send this! read full review »
