Purchased piece of furniture for cash. Upon receipt, realized it wasn't what I thought and it was damaged. Immediately returned it. Manager said since it was a cash sale, no refund. Took 15 minutes of arguing to get refund. Then took 3 days for it to be processed. Yet their website says return possible within 72 hours. I returned within 2.
