On the 13th, I called to order the smokers savior product. Of course the sales person pushed to upgrade me to the platinum service, which I did. My credit card was charged immediately and I was told I would receive the product in 7-10 days. Was not informed about a backorder on the one and only major product they sell which delayed shipment till the 19th.
