I placed an order, and after a discusion with my hubby decided to cancel the order, about five minutes after placing the order. The women on the phone said "ok it is canceled " this was on the 5th of febuary, on the 22nd of Febuary they took 79.80 out of our account. I called again, they said it was thier mistake and they would refund the money. It is now june 21, almost a full 4 months later and still no refund.
