I called to find out if there was a refi program we'd qualify for. I was armed with all of the necessary financials (adjusted gross income, property value, current mortgage balances--even my credit score!) but the rep would not even talk to me about a program without pulling my credit report. I told him I didn't want my credit pulled, just wanted to know if they had a loan for me based on the info I gave him.
