We purchased an awning for our backyard area. At first the salesman told us the company didn't sell stationary awnings only retractable. When the person came to mesaure the awning, he sais "he would be our best friend if we intalled a retractable awning. Based on his recommendation, we purchase a fixed awning. The order was placed in February, 2010. It was installed in March, 2010. It took longer than the sales person said it would take to complete the install. It has leaked from day one.
