To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to file a written compliant to you in regards to the door/host service that is used to service customers at the Bank in the Bellagio. I called a week in advance to book a table/bottle service for Saturday evening May 22nd and nothing went according to agreement with your host, Brad Thomas. I booked a one bottle table with Brad and was told no problem because I was booking one week in advance.
