I just want the lowest percentage rate possible for my mortgage. Litton won't respond to me. They are in my opinion, avoiding me. I have a second loan that has been lowered 3 months ago. I've filled out TWO hardship letters and still no response. I've been layed off of work for 6 months and my finances have been depleted significantly. I don't understand why I cant get it lowered.
