Wow what a bunch of unprofessional people working for that company. I had a vehicle finance with RAC and the first indication this was a bad decision came when I set up a direct deposit with them and the payment I had deducted from my pay was sent to the wrong account and when I explained to the rep at RAC they were rude and pointed fingers at the dealership and the bank who funnels the money out, saying they must have put in the wrong routing info, which turned out to be bull.
