I just don't waht happen, but you charge me $18:95 for some thing i don't know, ?Iam an old llady and money don't grow on tree, please lets me know what you charge me for as i never was satisfate those agent charge as they please, but i got to know for what, i hope you give me an asnwer, by e mail, beause I can't hear and don't understand, Iam foreing thank you .
