This place has the worst customer service I have dealt with. I canceled service 4 months ago and got a call from a credit agency trying to collect a debt of 180.00 dollars today. Give me a break I have not even used the gym since February, ughh the nerve of some businesses. Oh well best advice get a membership where the company actually cares about their customers. So now they want me to give them information to a problem that I solved (or thought I did) months ago. And thanks to these idiots it is going to go on my credit report. read full review »
