Promotional ffer for 2 free receivers with certain package or higher. Opted to only take one receiver at time of install as we just moved into a new home and didnt at the time have a place for a second receiver. They said we could simply call anytime to get that 2nd receiver. In fact, the installer even checked my other rooms to verify we had cable ran to where we eventually wanted our additional TV's/receivers. Now they want to charge us for the 2nd receiver.
