This man came to my door soliciting his repair work on a screen enclosure along with other work. He quoted me $350 and was to start the following Monday. Ever since, the man has had excuses as to why he has not come back to do the job. He required that I put half down and pay the remainder when the job was completed. Now he doesn't answer his phone and his voice mailbox is full. I am now out $175. He is a scammer and appears to be sincere and honest.
