Having had compaq computers which we were very pleased with, since compaq no longer made computers as they merged wtih Heweltt Packard, I bought a nice big screen HP notebook from Walmart, feeling secure in my purchase that I was buying a good solid notebook and making a wise choice and investment. Ha - hardly. Paid full price. Not an open box buy. I have had this computer for about 2 years now. Here is all that is wrong with it. The dvd/cd drive is poof - gone - just disappeared.
