After getting my mortgage in 1982, I have never had one late payment. The mortgage is paid up to date and I have excellent credit scores. Due to loss of my job, now at a lower income, I tried for a HAMP modification. After calling W.F. over 100 times, and sending all the required documents, I was denied a modification. Then about one week ago, WELLS FARGO calls and tells me that they reviewed my info, will reduce my 7.2% APR to 4.25, and modify my loan. I was a U.P.S. delivery driver for 25 years. I would like to apologize to the many business and residential customers whom I delivered parcels to in my career as a delivery driver. U.P.S. expects the customer to stop whatever they may be doing as soon as a driver walks in the door. ( If you ever go to a U.P.S. center, see how quickly you are approached for help) U.P.S drivers will speed through residential neighborhoods where kids may be playing just to save a few seconds of time. I am fortunate that I only killed a few family pets and not a child. For this I am grateful. read full review »
