On June 14, 2010 I was convinced by a Uverse representative to switch my services. I was really convinced of the picture that was painted until time came for AT&T to back up its service. My installation was scheduled for 06-18-2010. I cancelled my cable service with my provider on the same day that I spoke with the representative.
