Hello, I am in dire need of help, I received a letter from Pressler & Pressler saying I owe an outstanding hospital bill from years ago in the amount of I believe $1500.00 or more. After receiving this letter I contacted them the gentleman I spoke to was beyond rude to say the least. I attempted to explain to him that at the time of my hospital emergency room visit I had insurance and obviously the hospital did not properly bill my insurance.
