I have been a Bank of America customer for over ten years but that all ended this month. I have never in ten years ever overdrawn my account however two weeks ago I went onto my online banking and I was charged 210.00 in fees for 25.00 in the negative. Now here's the kicker, if you look at my balance, I was never negative. When I spoke to someone they kept directing me to look at a link that shows your available balances.
