The Geeks have now had my laptop going on 10 days and they still have not completed install of Windows 7 to replace Vista. I did receive a cool email confirmation after dropping off the laptop which provides a link to check the status of my repair. Too bad it's worthless. I'm unsure of the various status categories but mine has been in "Checked In" status the entire time. This status means many things...item has been checked in or in the queue for repair or is being repaired. What next? "Complete"... a lot of good... read full review »
