The home serice store ( HSS) operates threw Lumber Liquidators to offer installation. They claim to offer a warranty of one year. That is laughable at best. What happens is that if a customer has a complaint they call HSS and HSS send the original installer out to fix the issue. That is the way it should be, but HSS has no part in it. The only advantage to having HSS involved with lumber liquidators is to offer a way of paying with a credit card.
