Has anyone tried to pursue this issue with Hair Today Gone Tomorrow disapperaring and not granting refunds? I've noticed that the owner of HTGT now has a new business Miradiance (with a BBB rating of a B), which he is obviously making money from, leaving all the HTGT customers out inthe cold. I got legal counsel and I was told that they had gone out of business and would be time consuming and costly to get them to pay up. Apparently, this guy is making money at Miradiance, why can't we get him to pay up? I also hear that he is finishing packages at the new place, has anyone tried to schedule an appt? read full review »
