I called the ad in the lowrider magazine ask the guy about a set of rims called nemesis he tells me he has the rims and it takes two to three days to get the order out the door. I send him 1, 600 by western union I called to make sure he gets the funds and that my order is confirm. I called three days later he tells me the rims I need have a different offset and that they did not have any in the warehouse and was trying to locate a set at another warehouse.
