I called to file a claim after much triuble contacting them (ohone calls and email) I was informed they no longer handle my area. It seemed odd because they never missed receiving monthly payments for the 13 months. I asked when this was decided and was promptly cut off. After callinf every day it was a week before someone answered. I asked when they stopped servicing my area. After a long pause he said in May 2010 and they would refund one month.
