This was a gift for me and the product never worked correctly, On the screen it comes up with fatal error and the battery is bad when you plug in the adapter the screen displays a computer and you can't use it while driving. I sent this product back to get fixed and paid SH they sent it back and said nothing was wrong. I t still doesn't work. There customer service is only by e-mail and they don't always answer you. They should be ashamed of them selves for there product and service. read full review »
