STAY AWAY FROM 2-10 HOME WARRANTY! When we first bought our home, the sellers paid for the first year of the home warranty and they chose 2-10 Home Warranty. The first year, we didn't have a need to submit a claim. So when the renewal came due, we just renewed it for another year. Now we received another renewal notice for the third year. The price of the warranty increase by $100 and the deductible increase by another $25. The coverage remained the same.
