Told me that for a fee they would market and sell my time share. I have never seen any proof of their attempts to sell my property. Then it turns out they have this clause in the contract that they owner must call them every 90 days to renew their ad. I have gotten many calls, since my dealings with REM, from companies making similar claims. They all want money up front to sell the property. No one will take a cut of the sale once sold.
