I purchased the Montel Healthmaster with the 7 year extended warranty about a year ago. A week after I got it the lid broke. Naturally it was the only part of the lid that stopped the entire unit from working. I contacted the Healthmaster Customer Service department and was told a replacement lid would be shipped out immediately. After waiting about 3 months for the part I contacted them and was told it was on it's way. It came about 4 weeks later.
