During this past week I had two problems with Best Buy. 1. I checked for laptops, compared prices and decided to buy in the Woodbridge Store Sony Vaio model VPCCWALFX/L. When I was ready to pay for it I was informed that it was not in stock (it was not a sale item), and I was told that the product was discontinued and they were out of it for some time. Why would they do something like that. I lost very valuable time assuming that if it was on display it was available.
